Rental Application
Stop by the Office and pick up an application. Fill out the application and Return it with the Application Fee to the Office at your convenance.

APLICATION APPROVAL
An Investigative Consumer report will be prepared by a credit reporting agency on past and present credit. A Background check will be made to determine record of criminal history. The Rest of the Information provided on application will be Verified and Validated for Accuracy.

Applicant Notification
Once the step 2 is Completed. The Application will be Notified If they have been Approved or rejected. If approved, you will be asked to stop by to Complete the Lease Agreement. If rejected, you will be receiving a Phone call to explain the reason for Rejection of Your Application.
